Most carbon fiber parts on the market are vacuum-infused, a process that floods the mold with excess resin. This results in heavier parts, inconsistent weave tension, weaker structural integrity, and a higher chance of air bubbles or resin pooling.

Our components are manufactured using pre-impregnated (pre-preg) carbon fiber, where resin content is precisely controlled and cured under high heat and pressure inside an autoclave. This produces:

Two Installation Style Available

This kit is offered in two variants, both using the same splitter and canard design, with the only difference being how the upper portion of the canards are installed.

Style 1: Original (OEM-Mount)

• Matches factory Z07 installation method

• Direct replacement for Z07-equipped vehicles

• No drilling or modification required on Z07 cars

• Non-Z07 vehicles require cutting and drilling

• Cutting template included

• Professional installation strongly recommended for non-Z07 vehicles

Style 2: Adhesive-Mount Canards (No Drilling for Non Z07)

• Designed specifically for non-Z07 vehicles

• Identical splitter and canard shape as the original variant

• Lower portion of the canard installs using OEM mounting locations

• Upper portion installs using high-strength automotive double-sided tape

• Eliminates the need to drill into the front bumper if your vehicle does not come with the Z07 package from factory.

• Ideal for customers who prefer a non-invasive installation or do not have access to professional installers

 

Note: Non-Z07 vehicles can still purchase the original drill-required variant if desired. The adhesive-mount version is simply an alternative for those who prefer not to drill into their bumper.
